What We Delivered

SWITCHLIVE worked closely with the venue and its in-house technical team from the outset. Rather than duplicating what was already available, we assessed the venue's capabilities and supplemented them precisely, keeping costs down for the client without compromising output.

Our kit filled the gaps: video management and switching, dedicated PowerPoint playback, and wireless comms across all departments. Three comfort monitors with an integrated stage timer gave presenters on-stage confidence and kept the programme running precisely to time.

The standout contribution was show-calling. A SWITCHLIVE show caller cued every transition, coordinated every department, and kept the room moving with the kind of precision most AV companies don't offer.
