The Brief
The AGM is one of the most important moments in any organisation's calendar - a chance to bring people together and communicate plans for the year ahead. The client needed a production partner who could make their message land cleanly and professionally, without unnecessary spend.
What We Delivered
SWITCHLIVE worked directly alongside Bridgewater Hall's in-house technical team, acting as the bridge between the client's vision and the venue's capabilities. Rather than duplicating existing infrastructure, we supplemented it precisely by supplying vision-mixing kit, dedicated laptops, comfort monitors, and wireless comms. We kept the output high and costs in check.
Our role extended beyond the equipment. We guided the client through the process, managed the relationship between all departments on the day, and ensured the programme ran exactly as planned.
