A return visit to a leading fintech client's London headquarters for a high-level internal summit. The focus was entirely on the live room experience - no broadcast, no hybrid. A well-engineered, precisely presented in-person event where every technical element needed to feel considered and controlled.

What We Delivered

SWITCHLIVE took full ownership of the room. A low-profile stage was positioned seamlessly beneath the existing LED wall, creating a clean, unified backdrop that kept focus entirely on the speakers.

We assumed full control of the auditorium's in-house lighting system, enhancing it with additional profile fixtures and LED battens to sculpt the stage environment rather than simply illuminate it. The show ran on a clean, reliable Keynote-based workflow.

Beyond the auditorium, a dedicated PA system carried announcements and background music across reception areas, while wireless uplighters extended the event's visual identity throughout the wider space - maintaining atmosphere from the moment guests arrived.

The Outcome

The client had a new auditorium with real potential - but no suitable microphones, no video switching, no lighting design. SWITCHLIVE came in and unlocked it entirely, working within the existing infrastructure to create an environment that felt controlled, considered and genuinely impressive.
