What We Delivered

SWITCHLIVE proposed a clean, focused solution. A single static camera covered the U-shaped table, with individual table microphones for every in-room attendee to guarantee clarity on the Zoom call. A compact PA system allowed the room to hear virtual contributions clearly, keeping the conversation natural on both sides.

A two-person team managed the event: one audio lead and one video operator. That lean, precise crew delivered a polished, broadcast-style workflow throughout, with a clean mixed record produced and handed to the client immediately after the event.
